PasadenaPasadena, TX is an area rich with the history of Texas Independence. Following its declaration of independence from Spain, Mexico moved to colonize its northern territory of Texas. Texas revolted against Mexico rule in 1835. After several battles the final battle of the Texas Revolution took place near modern Pasadena. Pasadena and Deer Park have adopted the nickname “Birthplace of Texas.”

PasadenaMemorialHighTexasGolden Acres is located southeast of downtown Pasadena and its name comes from the developer’s slogan, “a golden opportunity.”  Residents are in close proximity to shopping centers, recreation activities, shopping and downtown Houston. Schools included in Golden Acres zoned area are: Golden Acres Elementary, Lomax Middle School, Bondy Intermediate and Pasadena Memorial High School. All located nearby.

BaywoodBaywood Shadows is located in Pasadena in the Deer Park School District. Residents have easy access to Beltway 8 and Interstate 45. Downtown Houston and the Galleria are just a short drive away! Baywood Shadows is located with-in Pasadena, however schools are zoned for Deer Park ISD.
